Cleaning Logic Test: Teen Tested

This post brought to you by Cottonelle. All opinions are 100% mine.

Cleaning Logic Test: Teen Tested This is my teenage son T.J. He’s making that face because I just proceeded to “wash” that plate with a dry paper towel. It had ketchup and chicken nuggets on it, but I wanted to see his reaction when I told him to use the plate and that it was “clean”. I don’t think he agreed with me. Ha! I mean seriously, this plate is clean, don’t you think??

Cleaning Logic Test: Teen Tested

Yeah, gross. No wonder he was making those faces.

About a month ago, I shared a post with you about Cottonelle‘s Fresh Care flushable wipes and Cottonelle Clean Care toilet paper. In that post I shared some funny videos and talked about how “dry” just doesn’t clean as well as “wet”.

Here’s one of those videos I was talking about, this one shows a similar demonstration to mine above:

So, now I want you to have the chance to try it for yourself! 20121114_11

I hav to tell you when I saw the video I got so excited and shared it with just about everyone I know (not my mailman or the UPS guy, that would be weird). My husband and I have been using Cottonelle Fresh Care flushable wipes for years and about a year ago introduced them to my household. Now, my household is hardly typical. There’s me, I’m 45 and disabled since 1997, my husband who is 49 and retired (we made it just under the wire before prop 8 on California), my 21 year old niece who’s a full time college student and works at a local gym in the daycare center, a 19 year old young lady who works at Starbucks, her 27 year old sister that works doing odd jobs and house cleaning and their retired 56 year old mother. Not to mention the 5 small dogs and 1 cat that also share our house, we have a lot of germs, dirt, bacteria, and viruses coming through our house on a daily basis. Keeping the house clean and staying healthy is a huge challenge. About a year ago I started placing Cottonelle Fresh Care flushable wipes in the bathrooms. Since then we have all noticed a huge reduction in the amount of colds, flus and infections for all of us. It turns out we have all been using the wipes not only for their intended purpose but also to do things like wipe down the toilet seat, the sink area, the door handle, our hands and even dog backsides on occasion. My husband who used to work in the biotech industry thinks the reduction in household germs, illnesses, etc, is due to using the wipes. This has been an unexpected but greatly appreciated benefit in addition to the amazingly clean feeling the wipes give us. As for toilet paper, we use Cottonelle Ultra but haven’t seen the Clean Care in our stores yet. It does cost a bit to keep stocked up so help with a free Cottonelle care package would be great.
