Hi Amanda! I have an outdoor event this Thursday and would like to use your Batman cuffs as an arts and crafts project. Is there a place where I can get the toilet paper rolls without purchasing the toilet paper or better yet where I can get black toilet paper rolls or similar. I would need about 60 of them.
Trying to make this project as quick as possibly since there are so many children and younger.
Thank you for your help!
Best,
Debbie
