Purim Noise Maker

Purim is a Jewish festival that’s lesser known than Hannukah or Passover, but still holds historical and religious significance. It’s often accompanied my a celebration that can include masks and costumes, and noisemakers or groggers. I made this noise maker for Purim but it would be great for New Year’s too!
