Keep your place in your favorite books by making glittery lightsabers in different colors! These lightsaber bookmarks are great for home or school. Plus, who doesn’t love a good Star Wars craft?
Craft Stick Lightsaber Bookmarks
This lightsaber bookmark craft is perfect for Star Wars lovers or even for those in a Star Wars book club. This blog is certainly not new to Star Wars crafts, most of which came from my book Star Wars Mania!
These bookmarks are very simple to make and only require a handful of supplies. So grab the glitter paint and some craft sticks and let’s get down to business!
What you need to make lightsaber bookmarks:
- Craft sticks
- Craft paint: white, black, silver
- Glitter craft paint in colors of your choice
- Toothpick
How to make lightsaber bookmarks:
Paint craft sticks white and then let them dry completely.
Paint all but ¾-inch with glittered craft paint and repeat for a second coat.
Paint the end of the stick black. Use a toothpick dipped in silver paint to add dots and/or lines to the handles (black).
And that’s it! Easy, right? Don’t forget that you can find these lightsaber bookmarks, along with lots of other Star Wars crafts in my Star Wars Mania book on Amazon. You’d also be surprised at how many different crafts can be made with duct tape, which you can find in my Duct Tape Mania craft book, pictured above!
Check out some of my most popular Star Wars crafts, like these fun painted Star Wars Jawa Rocks, which are great for rock exchanges or placed throughout your garden! Or you can make everyone’s favorite, Chewbacca, from a paint stir stick with this Paint Stir Stick Chewbacca Craft!
