I have these sitting in my living room. Partially blow up balloons and decoupage tshirt material on top. Then pop!

I love these! My girls would get a kick out of making them :)
Tiff – they are really fun, but patience is a virtue with these. Your best bet is to start them early in the day and thet them dry overnight. The longer they dry, the more solid they will become :)
