It’s no secret that I make lots of cardboard tube crafts. There’s something about cardboard tubes that just immediately gets my creative wheels turning. I’ve made so many over the years that I’ve lost count!

A little weird, I know. But it’s not uncommon for me to change the toilet paper roll and imagine what I could do with that empty tube!

With Halloween coming, I wanted to make something colorful and super fun, which is where these ghouls came into play. I made some cardboard tube monsters for Parents Magazine a few years ago, but I wanted to do something even simpler.

These colorful ghouls are easy enough for younger kids to make, no painting needed. Depending on how much you embellish them, a grown up may need to help with cutting, but for the most part kids should be able to easily make these themselves.
