Do you have monster loving kids? Then these fun St. Patrick’s Day monster cards are the perfect kids craft for them! A great way to wish their friends good luck and let their creativity shine! I made these for Spoonful and I’ve gotta say, too fun!

St. Patrick's Day monster cards

St. Patrick’s Day Monster Cards

Aren’t they so cute? These monster cards would be great to mail off to grandparents, hand them out at school, give to neighbors or even to give to their teachers. They are pretty simple to make which makes them the perfect St. Patrick’s Day craft! I’ve included a printable pattern for these monster cards so it makes this craft even more do-able.

Kids will have fun putting on those wonky monster eyes and choosing whichever type of patterned card stock they like! Or, if your child loves to color, they can certainly create the patterned background on the little monster cards. There is tons of room for creativity here. Let’s get started!

Monster Cards St. Patrick's Day craft

For the ghost shaped monster I drew two antennae with a marker and glued silver pom poms to the ends. I drew lines on white scrap paper to create the teeth, cut them out and added them with the glue stick. I finished him off with a large yellow googly eye.

Monster Cards as a St. Patrick's Day craft for kids!

For the shamrock monster, I cut teeth and sharp claws from white scrap paper and added them with a glue stick. I traced around everything with a fine point black marker (optional) and drew on eyebrows and mouth.

I finished him off with monster googly eyes. For the yarn monster, I drew a big bushy eyebrow hovering above his body and added a jumbo-sized googly eye.

I really hope you enjoy making these adorable Monster Cards with your kiddos for St. Patrick’s Day! You may also be interested in crafting up these super adorable End Of The Rainbow Loot Buckets to go along with your monster cards! Another great idea would be to make this 3D Tissue Paper Shamrock in card form!
